Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings.

7. Medical Disclaimer

Important: Petio is not a substitute for professional veterinary care. The App is designed to help you track and manage your pet's health information, but it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified veterinarian for medical decisions regarding your pet's health.

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, and software, are owned by DocLap Software and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocLap Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
